BA (Hons) Human Resource Management allows you to explore various issues raised by contemporary management, work, and employment developments. Our degree focuses on the purpose, values, specialist knowledge and core behaviours of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
The course offers you a diverse career path where you will be able to gain expert knowledge in managing employee relations, managing equality, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, organisational development and consultancy and critical issues in human resource management. To prepare for your future career, you will also acquire critical attributes that employers value, based on CIPD core knowledge. About De Montfort University
De Montfort University, popularly known as DMU, is a public university in the city of Leicester, England. Originally founded as the Leicester School of Art in 1870, the university has evolved through many incarnations including the Leicester Colleges of Art and Technology and Leicester Polytechnic.
