Policy on Cancellation

Your admission/enrollment can be cancelled if a request is made within 24 hours of admission/enrollment.

To cancel, send an email to support@isdclearning.online with your email address and phone number given during registration, or call 1800 2020 999.

Refund Policy

Our Learning Solutions/Products come with a trial period of 7 days. In the event that the Product/Solution does not meet your requirements, you may request a refund within 14 days of admission/enrollment.

A cancellation charge of GBP 250 for Undergraduate Diploma Programmes and 20% for other programmes will be charged after 14 days of grace period. 

A Refund Request will be deemed valid only if it is submitted to support@isdclearning.online or called in on 1800 2020 999  within 14 days from admission/enrollment.

An original Invoice or Fee Receipt is mandatory for the cancellation process.

Refunds will be made directly to the bank account within 10 working days from the day of cancellation.

No Refund will be provided for Subscriptions after 30 days from admission/enrollment.
